  • Our studio is located at 1264 First Floor, TDI Golf Link Market, Sector-118, Mohali - 160055. You can find us here. We accept walk-ins, but booking an appointment secures your slot. 

  • Yes, piercings are generally safe when done by licensed and experienced professionals who follow proper hygiene and safety protocols. We follow all international hygiene standards.

  • We use sterilized, single-use needles for all piercings to provide a comfortable, hygienic experience for you. We do not use piercing guns.

  • The jewellery we use for the fresh piercing is made of medical-grade, hypoallergenic stainless steel. 

  • There can be some discomfort during the piercing process, but the level of pain varies for each person and depends on factors like your pain tolerance and the placement of the piercing.

  • Make sure you eat a full meal, and hydrate well before your piercing appointment. Moreover, it is not advised to get pierced if you are drunk.

  • We provide detailed aftercare instructions after each piercing, as well as online support after, in case you have any queries.

  • Fainting is rare, but it's a good idea to have a light meal and stay hydrated before your appointment to minimise the chances.

    • Inform your piercing artist of any allergies or medications.

    • Eat and hydrate well before your appointment.

    • Follow studio hygiene protocols.

    • Do not get pierced if you have alcohol in your system.

    • Do not get pierced if you are taking any type of blood thinners.
